- Create and develop the training strategy
- Identify and assess employees’ training needs
- Create and deliver training programs to meet people career development needs (Sales and Customer Care)
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
- Identify, evaluate and cooperate with various training programs suppliers
- Support team management with reports and statistics on training and development activities
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position within a multinational environment
- Fluent English
- Good command MS Office
- Willing to travel
