FCRO Training is the exclusive authorized distributor of FranklinCovey in Romania. We are looking for a senior consultant for a permanent or a collaboration contract.
Job Summary:
We will accept resumes for Training Consultant candidates whose job is to:
conduct and deliver training seminars on company curriculum;
consult with clients to determine their needs, effectively deliver training, and respond to feedback from clients.
Keep current on content area and training techniques to improve delivery and participate with sales team on business development efforts.
Job Functions:
1. Master process and content for at least one course in one FranklinCovey curriculum area.
2. Consult with client prior to training seminar to determine client needs and participant profile for course delivery.
3. Customize training content to meet client needs, if needed.
4. Deliver company course material effectively.
5. Interact and adjust approach to audience appropriately.
6. Use visuals and visual support media effectively.
7. Create a climate during seminar in which participants feel safe to learn and contribute.
8. Maintain a current knowledge of content and delivery methods to improve skills.
9. Respond to feedback from clients.
10. Conduct sales calls with Client Partner.
11. Complete required administrative work related to travel and training seminars.
Five years professional business experience.
Three years professional organizational training experience.
BA/BS in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Track record in presenting and facilitating training programs.
Must be able and willing to travel.
