RESPONSABILITATI

- Design & implement the training development plan for employees
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Create a strategy & plan for implementing academy training programs
- Continuously update training support materials & certification tests
- Design and deliver a range of training solutions which support the company's vision and values which will enhance the current and future capability of our employees


CERINTE

-Ideal candidate should be a Diploma graduate with 3-4 years of experience in the following areas:
- Assessing training needs
- Knowledge of learning processes
- Coaching and facilitation skills
- Designing of a range of training courses with the ability to translate learning needs into workable courses
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Effective communication and presentation capabilities to all levels
- Experience in having worked in behavioral and leadership training content for Junior level and middle management
- Good grasp of Organization Behavior concepts and practices
- Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times
