Delivers Soft Skills trainings (in English if necessary)
Identifies the training needs in the company and plans the training sessions accordingly
Takes care of all administrative duties regarding Training Department

Cerinte

Minimum 3 years experience in Training Delivery, Soft Skills trainings preferably in a multinational environment
Project Management skills
Fluency in English is a must
MS Office advanced
Strong communication and presentation skills
Responsible and mature person, capable to work with strict dead lines; results oriented
