Plans and administrates the training schedule according to the company’s necessities
Develops and implements training procedures
Sustains the training programs for the employees
Reports on the progress of employees under guidance during training periods
Monitoring the existing employees performances
Monitoring the achievement of the imposed targets
Recruits personnel for the company
Works with the other departments if and when necessary
M inimum 3 years experience on a similar position
Experience in Call-Center Training/Soft Skill Training/Call Center Experience is an advantage
Fluent in both English and French
Other language is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Dynamic and optimistic
Persuasive and ambitious
Able to fit in and work as part of a large team
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff
Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
Good knowledge of the MS office package
