On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated person for the role of Trainer.
Main activities:
• Training preparations including preparation of materials for training and for the needs of trained employees.
• Prepares technical aids and takes care that appropriate training rooms are suitable for trainings.
• Conducts training processes:
- Selling skills training for our MedReps who promote in pharmacies.
- Various soft-skills trainings for Field Force
• Monitors and offers feedback on completed training courses in order to improve the quality of services provided in order to increase MedReps qualifications.
Respect and accomplish all other specific activity tasks received from the direct manager.
Indicators for job matching:
• Excellent presentation and writing skills
• Ability to use technical equipments during training.
• Minimum 2 years experience in training field
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably FMCG in connection with pharmacies
• Available for travelling across the country
• Good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of current PC programmes
