TRAINER:
His/Her responsibilities are:
- facilitating training programs to a wide variety of organizations and audiences;
- modeling the knowledge, skills ans behaviors consistent with the company's training programs
- demonstrating a commitment to the team and self development
Your requirements are:
- university degree
- 2 years experience in training delivery and implementation
- 3 years in direct sales
- people-management experience is an advantage
The position requires also strong communication skills, very good presentation skills, good planning and organizing abilities, creative problem solving attitude, customer oriented mentality
