RESPONSABILITATI

The nominee will identify internal training needs, design and provide training for Alpha Bank Romania, make training related development and implementation advice and prepare specific reports for Management; she/ he will administrate training database, identify and liaise with in-house and external trainers and contribute to preparation of the annual training plan and budget.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Proven experience in designing, providing and developing training programs is mandatory;
- Fluent English, spoken and written;
- Computer proficiency;
- Availability for traveling in the country;
- Excellent team player, reliable, organized and pro-active;
- Accurate, with very good communication skills, proving a confidential and professional approach.
