Evaluates the training impact on consultants or managers
Propose actions to grow the customer satisfaction and retention
Good understanding of the training required in the financial services
Experience in leading trainings

Analytical, sharpness
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in German (English would be a strong asset)
