RESPONSABILITATI

Carries out the language training needs analysis process together with HR Manager and OPS heads of departments;
Prepares, develops, and implements a language training plan for employees;
Delivers language training as necessary;
Adapts training materials to local current needs;
Collect, consolidate and file presence sheets, feedback forms, knowledge tests;
Collect enrollment requests to language courses, as per current month training calendar; collect participation confirmation prior to training events;
Conduct written and oral language training assessment as necessary;
Evaluate and implement language development programs according to established training methods;
Deliver assessment and training presentations to client representatives


CERINTE

Proficiency in German language at C2 level or above (native-level);
Experience in language training delivery for adult audiences;
Excellent written and oral communication;
Balance sense of loyalty/accountability (to the customer and the company);
Service Orientation (Internal/External Customers);
Result Oriented (sense of urgency - meeting deadlines, TAT's);
Stretch Oriented (ability to take up stretch assignments in project phase );
