For one of our clients, a French group specialized in outsourcing of client relations (e-mail administration, chat, courier), 3500 employees, 9 contact centers in France and Maroc, ISO 9001 certification, we are looking for a Trainer (full-time position).
Responsibilities:
- Continuous integration and training of employees;
- Creating and developing various training modules;
- Creating and sustaining training modules for the company's management;
- Creating of specific training modules, according to requirements;
- Creating, developing and organization of the training program and schedule;
- Creating and following of reports and statistics of the sustained trainings;
- Identifying training needs for the company's employees;
- Follow-up of training program for all employees.
Required formation and experience :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (studies in French or Foreign Languages is an advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of French is mandatory
- Experience in training
Required skills and abilities :
- Reporting skills;
- Very good PC skills: Internet and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Pedagogic abilities;
- Metodic person, with an eye for details, very organized;
- Creativity and autonomy;
- Pragmatic;
- Excellent bonding skills.
