Trainer for Websphere

Candidates must have the following skills:

The ability to manage your own time as well as ensuring team members in your project team are productive, as well as responding to other pressures outside your control.
English - writing and speaking

Required skills:
Basic experience with IBM WebSphere software portfolio
Basic experience with Java development, especially in the Web Application field, including in-depth understanding of Servlet and JSP architectures (and best practices) including custom tag libraries (preferably candidates will be Sun Java certified).
Basic understanding of Java based Application Servers advantage is WebSphere Application Server.
Basic understanding of IT technologies - networking, security, RFC standards, IT standards (J2EE, SOA, WebServices)

Experience within the following areas would be preferred:

Experience of WebSphere platform (preferably candidates will be IBM certified).
Experience of open source frameworks (such as Jakarta commons, Java Server Faces and Struts), and how they can assist in rapid solution development.
Awareness of Databases - Oracle/DB2/MS SQL - SQL
Web Technologies - Ajax, webservices
