- Instruirea colectorilor in vederea dobandirii cunostintelor, abilitatilor, atitudinii si comportamentelor necesare in activitatea lor curenta;
- Identificarea nevoile de training ale angajatilor si asigurarea planificarii programelor de training la standarde inalte;
- Evaluarea / feedback-ul cursantilor si intocmirea rapoartelor de training catre clientii interni beneficiari;
- Elaborarea de propuneri pentru imbunatatirea trainingului.
- Studii superioare, preferabil in stiinte socio-umane;
- Minim 6 luni experienta in activitatea de colectare;
- Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare, prezentare si organizare;
- Capacitate de evaluare si autoevaluare;
- Sociabil, dinamic, cu initiativa;charismatic;
- Cunosterea limbii engleza - nivel mediu.
