-Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively. Communicate orally in face-to-face one-on-one settings, in group settings, or using a telephone. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills; Versatile and flexible based on the schedules and special needs of the trainees; Excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills
-Time Management -Managing one s own time and the time of others. Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize and organize training materials/courses
-Writing - Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Ability to elaborate appropriate training materials and presentations
- Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents / project related documentation
-Critical Thinking -Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; questioning and feedback skills
-Instructing - Teaching others how to do something. Versatile and flexible based on trainees knowledge level and needs
- Learning Strategies-Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.

- IT systems usage proficiency - Ability to use advanced features of programs which are beyond the abilities of "normal" users; became a power user of a custom application in a short period of time

Acceptable experience

- A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment
-At least 6 months experience in delivering trainings
- ECM, BPM, CRM experience is a plus
