- identificarea nevoilor de training specifice la nivelul departamentelor companiei;
- implementarea solutiilor si programelor agreate, pentru grupe din nivele de executie si supervizare
- dezvoltarea si sustinerea programelor standard de formare pentru angajati,monitorizare si retrainingul atat al echipei cat si separat al fiecarui agent;
- responsabil de trainingul initial,
- responsabil de evaluarea agentilor din echipa si de imbunatatirea rezultatelor acestora;
-va participa la reviziurea/updatarea sesiunilor de training.
- Experienta in customer care;
- Experienta in managementul oamenilor;
- Experienta de minim 1 an - trainer;
- Limba engleza la nivel avansat;
- Persoana dinamica, flexibila, dispusa la deplasari, optimista, prezenta placuta.
