Purpose of the position:The job holder will be responsible for delivering various training
Tasks and responsabilities:design or adapt training curriculum as per organizational needs; deliver training programs; collect feedback from the training participants and Operation Managers in order to permanently improve the training process
Required skills: computer skills (MS Office), excellent presentation skills, good communication skills
Relevant experience in design and delivery of training programs related to various soft skills topics (customer service, time management, communication skills, etc. )
