On behalf of our client, a Multinational Company, Industry Leader, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced TRAINER, to join the team, in one of the most important roles in the company.
As a Trainer you will be responsible for:
Assessing relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed;
Producing organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs;
Managing training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary;
Designing training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs;
Ensuring all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies;
Arranging for the maintenance of all necessary materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training;
Monitoring, measuring and reporting on staff training activities within agreed formats and timescales;
Developing self, and maintaining knowledge in relevant field at all times.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in the development and delivering of training programs;
Ability to plan and think ahead with a long-term vision of a 6-month or greater span of time;
Dedication to quality in all aspects of the job;
Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
Unique ability to captivate and engage an audience;
Self-motivated, energetic and action-oriented;
Charismatic persons with great sense of humor are highly appreciated;
Fluency in English and PC Literacy.
