- delivers classroom training on primary core skills and statutory programmes at various locations to develop relevant knowledge, skills and competencies effectively
- advises on and facilitates the effective transfer of learning back to work
- selects and advises on the use of further methods, such as coaching, facilitation and action learning
- keeps core T&D programmes up-to-date to ensure contents and format remain relevant and effective, meeting the changing needs of the business and those of individual learners
- graduate (degree or equivalent)
- relevant training & development experience (2-3 years)
- demonstrated competence of applied adult learning, theory, diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation of training
- good English proficiency, computer literacy (MS Office)
- driving license,
- availability to travel outside the city

In Romania, the company specialises in small, unsecured cash loans delivered directly at the customers’ homes by home credit agents who then visit the customers every week to collect the repayments.
