Description of the Programme
The program will start with 6-12 months of working practice within the country companies (Cement, Aggregates, RMC) with focus on Technical & Production and Finance respectively. You will also have the opportunity to participate in seminars in the country and in HeidelbergCement Technology Center and in HeidelbergCement Headquarters in Germany.
After learning and acquiring practical experience you could be assigned projects within HeidelbergCement Group, where your potential and talents will be valued.
Qualifications:
- Very successful graduation of Chemical Engineering (Technology of Silicates and Oxide Compounds), Mining or Mineralogy
- First practical experience (internship, practical education, some work practice) is an advantage

- Strong willingness to learn, self initiative
- Commited and flexible
- High social competence
- Mobile ¿ willing to work throughout Europe, especially in the CIS countries
- Excellent English and good knowledge of Russian language skills is desirable
