- Implement adequate procedures in order to satisfy export customers needs;
- Ensure accurate export production and shipment planning;
- Monitor import / export overall performance, recommending and implementing appropriate changes required to improve performances;
- Develop appropriate communication channels and a professional relationship with related ‘import-from’ and ‘export-to’ parties.
- University degree;
- Minim 3 years experience in Planning / Logistics (previous responsibilities in at least two of the areas of Sea/Land/Air Transportation, Export/Import Customs Clearance, Material Requirement Planning);
- Excellent planning & organizing skills;
- Decision making courage and an aptitude for risk taking
- Very strong customer service orientation;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly motivated able to work at times with minimal supervision;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize issues easily;
- Solid knowledge of laws and regulations;
- Very good command of English;
- MS Office literate.
