- Merchandising and Point of Sales Decoration;
- Looking after display systems and other merchandising tools to comply with the standards adopted within the company;
- Participation in trade marketing programs and trade promotions;
- Market Intelligence and analysis;
- Collecting market information and entering them in the electronic format developed by the company;
- Monitoring trade marketing activities of the competition;
- Making store checks;
- Making price panels and brand penetration reports on a regular basis;
- Analysing the needs of consumers and retailers;
- Supervising the translation of catalogues from Italian/English into Romanian;
- Closely coordinating with the Area Marketing Department in Headquarter for the request/preparation of any marketing documentation;
- Collecting the marketing needs from the Country Manager and the Sales Director;
Proposing and discussing proposals for trade marketing initiatives;
- Implementing the trade marketing plan approved at country level;
- Supporting the commercial penetration of the company into regions;

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience required in Marketing activities with special focus on trade marketing activities.
- Strong analytical capability;
- Pragmatic;
- Autonomy, initiative, results orientation;
- Planning, organisation and communication;
- Relationship management, dynamic personality, flexibility, customer focus;
- Team-player in a small team;
- Availability to travel;
- English or Italian knowledge;
- PC knowledge (Office);
- Working in a professional multinational environment;
