- Our client is a foreign manufacturing company producing high - quality disposable products for personal hygiene. The company holds a strong position in the market and has intense export activity in many countries all over the world.
- In order to continue the development of their activities in Romania we are now searching a TRADE MARKETING SUPERVISOR
- Develop and apply trade marketing tools in order to insure sales and profit development
- Maximize retail presence through creating, implementing and monitoring effective strategies
- Develop and implement the right activities and events addressed to the market and consumers
- Organize and monitor in-store promotions
- Manage the external advertising agencies in order to ensure that the activity is implemented to a high standard
- Monitor trade spending in line with trade items
- Maintain and build relationships with retail chains
- Manage POS requirements, merchandising activities
- Conducting necessary market, competitor and products research
- University degree preferably in Marketing or Economics;
- Relevant experience in FMCG, basic knowledge of retail channel;
- Very good command of English language;
- Excellent command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Enthusiastic, excellent communication skills;
- Ability to travel, self-motivation, creativity;
- Networking abilities/willingness to make things happen;
- Responsible, well-organized and dynamic.
