Adecco, the worldwide leader in HR solutions is recruiting for one of its clients, a multinational FMCG company (brown goods), a highly professional Trade Marketing Manager.
MISSION:
Assist the Country Manager and the Cluster Marketing Manager with strategic and operational decisions to maximize our presence in stores. The Trade Marketing Manager builds the merchandising and in-store promotion activities to be best profitable and efficient within company’s guidelines.
CONTEXT:
The Trade Marketing Romania has to combine the reality of the local market needs with the company’s objectives and in this context find the best profitable and efficient merchandising and in-store promotional activities.
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
Develop and organize in coordination and with the support of the cluster marketing product mangers:
• in-store promotion activities
• Consumer events, fair events, promotional pop development, narrator uniform development etc..
• Strong demonstration programs
• man power management and scheduling
• material development & supply
Contribute to the definitions of the ranges by product, by season, by channel
Conduct product trainings for sales forces, shop assistants, demonstrators, etc..
Report marketing expenses by month
Promote material warehouse management
• +/- 3 years experience in the field and agency experience is preferred
• Strong sense of commercial economy
• Strong project management experience
• Strong human management skill is mandatory
• Good skill to handle external agencies
• Innovation skill to design and implement new processes and new execution
• Strong communication skills for good relationship with sales team and external groups
• Interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and problem-solving attitude
• Need to integrate marketing guidelines and field sales requirements
• Negotiation ability
