- Develop trade channel relevant strategies starting from each channel characteristics, needs and trends
- Develop POSM placement and product display guidelines to ensure execution consistency and maximize visibility in store
- Build and develop relationship with approved Vel Pitar suppliers for POSM and standard merchandising equipment
- Set-up and management of the Trade Marketing budget
- Seek and analyze relevant information from the trade universe, closely monitor competitive activity in the trade marketing area
- Category management in K.A.
- University educated
- Minimum 4 years business experience, of which 1-2 years in Trade Marketing or Sales
- English, Romanian
- Fully PC literate
- Strong communication skills, networking ability
