Department: Trade Marketing/Commercial- Danone Romania
Contract duration: Unlimited
Location: Bucharest offices
Reports to: Sales Animation Manager
Job scope:
- Innovate, develop, implement and follow-up of Trade Marketing activities
Job responsibilities:
- Ensuring in time to the sales force the information regarding marketing activities
- Developing and communicating the monthly sales action plan
- Animating the sales force on a weekly basis according to the sales plan
- Organizing the sales Force Conferences
- Developing and implementing the contest for sales force
- Permanent update of the Trade Marketing budget


CERINTE

Education: University degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in administrating commercial or marketing projects is required (ideally in Trade Marketing or BTL field)
Competencies and Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic & charismatic, organized, open & proactive, able to take responsibilities and initiatives.
- Driving license is a plus (is not mandatory).

PC skills : Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Languages: English language, good level, both written and spoken
