RESPONSABILITATI

- Identify trade channels characteristics, needs and trends, in order to exploit business opportunities and prepare specific action plans.
- Develop and support the implementation of trade programs within the strategy provided by Manager Trade Marketing in order to achieve or exceed the availability, visibility and volume objectives.
- Organize trade events to educate trade, reinforce partnership relations and seek for new or non-traditional communication vehicles
- Ensure alignment between Trade Marketing activities and Key Accounts plan by proposing specific programs/ activities for KAs, and by selecting/ using proper tools for implementing them
- Ensure reporting and compliance of the trade programs
- Monitor KSI and report to management.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Excellent knowledge of Field Force activities and business awareness or min. 3 years experience in sales;
- Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Very structured, logical and organized person
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Good spoken and written English;
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office compulsory, Business Objects would be a plus)
- Excellent command of SMS.
