Technical & general knowledge/experience:
- 2+ years of software support experience (preferably in a Telco Company).
- Experience with supporting applications on Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues in Production/IT environments.
- Basic Network Knowledge – TCP/IP Networking, switching and routing concepts.
- Software maintenance (patch installations, changes).
- Experience in writing SQL queries – Advantage;
- Scripting/programming knowledge – Advantage;
- Experience with database servers – MSSQL, MySQL and Oracle – Advantage;
- Big Data knowledge - Advantage;
- Knowledge of application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, and WebSphere – Advantage;
- Experience supporting web-based applications and webservers – Advantage;
General Requirements:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
- Team Player and Result oriented individuals.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and intense technological environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, enhance, test and deploy integration software.
