For one of our clients, a company active in tourism field, we are looking for a Tourism Agent to join its team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Handling in time enquiries for reservations received through telephone, mail, fax, etc.;
Promoting the company¿s additional services and offers;
Handling updated notifications from hotel offers;
Making actual reservations and confirming them to the customers;
Ensure all customers` needs;
Providing all necessary information to customers within internal business tourism.
English language proficiency (Knowledge of another foreign language is a plus);
Minimum 1 year experience in tourism/hotel services area;
Good verbal/written communication abilities;
Proactive, flexible and dynamic attitude;
Ability to work in a team;
Good PC skills.
