HR Performance is recruiting for one of its clients 2 Tickets Support Agents

Main responsibilities:

- interact with customers via e-mail;
- provide replies to the incoming e-mails using preset answers;
- team up with the QA team and sales associates in finding resolutions and appropriate answers to incoming tickets in other languages and for special scenarios


CERINTE

Basic requirements:

- good written English skills;
- to know how to operate a PC;
- to be able to identify a customer's issue and provide the proper resolution to it

-available to work in shifts (NIGHTSHIFTS as well, on rotation)
