As Testing Team Leader your daily tasks will include planning test strategies, overseeing the testing team, reviewing project requirements and providing technical direction. You must have strong technical background and at least 2 years experience in managing a team of testers.
Key responsibilities will include:
¿ Lead of team of testers; manage activities against the test plan, raise flags and provide solutions to ad-hoc issues that occur
¿ Synchronize with Test Manager, Project Manager for meeting the activities included in the test plan
¿ Design acceptance testing procedures for Alvarion and third party equipment
¿ Specification and set-up of a proper test environment for full functional HW/SW testing
¿ You will provide expertise to other company departments, such as customer support, engineering, in addressing customer requirements.
At least 2 years experience in leading a team of telecom engineers
¿ Excellent influencing & communication skills
¿ Strong problem solving and delivery skills
¿ Deep knowledge in computer communications, LAN/WAN, IP with Sub-protocols, Network Management platforms, IP Network planning.
¿ Background in communication, radio system and radio planning.
¿ Experience with measurement equipment for computers and radio systems.
¿ System overview (Ability to analyze telecommunication systems)
¿ Fluent English.
¿ Availability to travel abroad.
