Our future colleague will coordinate the testing team assigned to one of our clients and will be responsible for the outcome of the application testing process.
-Responsible for selecting the most suitable testing methodology as well as the most effective testing tools according to the project s requirements;
-Coordination of the testing team: assigning and prioritizing tasks, organizing the team???s activities as well as performing actual day-to-day testing actions;
-Manage the lifecycle of QA testing from planning through completion;
-Develop test plans based on analysis of requirements and design/system documentation;
-Responsible for drafting Test Scenarios, performing and managing the testing activity, documenting code written by the team.
Technical skills:
-At least 5 years of testing experience required previous experience with web applications is a must;
-Previous experience with Load, Stress and Usability testing;
-Good knowledge of automated testing tools;
-Ability to submit detailed bug reports, regress bugs, and verify bug fixes;
-Basic programming skills.
Soft skills:
-Team management;
-Autonomy, accuracy, initiative and leadership skills;
-Strong organizational and communication skills;
-Action and results orientated, ability to manage; multiple priorities is also expected;
-Analytical thinking and attention to details;
-Must possess excellent communication skills;
-Good command of English; French would be a plus;
-Team player.
