- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans that thoroughly exercise new and existing functions
- Perform both white box and black box testing utilizing manual and automated test scripts to verify that the product meets or exceeds specifications and quality objectives
- Perform all levels of tests including unit, functional, system/integration, load/performance and regression testing
- Find, trace and thoroughly identify defects
- Generate defect reports, work with Engineering group to resolve defects and verify corrective actions
- Plan and implement automated test processes
- Configure and maintain test environment
- Ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Familiarity with defect-management (bug-tracking) software
- WEB programming skills
- Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL and C++ or Java
- Very good English skills
