TESTER
Our client is an outsourced software development company, with an aggressive expansion on the Romanian market.
Job Description:
• Perform document analysis to identify possible non conformities between requirements and software (including technical documentation)
• Analyze requirements and design specifications
• Execute test scenarios from the test plans, implementing test automation suites/scripts
• Write detailed and accurate bug reports in English
• Troubleshoot problems and narrowing down problem areas
• Perform the system tests, regression tests, performance tests, and acceptance tests;
• Create test reports and analyze the test results
• Detect, report, and track defects in the applications, as well as verify fixes and requirement implementation
• Keep track of product changes to be reflected in the documentation
• Develop and maintains the automation framework and test support tooling
• Keep track of execution results in the common test harness database and production of various reports based thereon
• Generate the Statement of Verification report mapping all requirements to test cases and their results
• Ensure the high quality of the application releases
Job requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Testing & technical skills;
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Ability to understand business and functional requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to recognize errors
• Well – organized, reliable, result-oriented;
• Experience using automated testing tools and specific scripting
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility
• Knowledge and experience with databases is an asset.
• Willingness to help in times of crisis
• Ability to work alone and have a nice sense of personal time management and performance evaluation.
