• Managing the validation of software modules for Broadband Wireless base station. Modules include IP networking protocols, IP data processing and network management protocols.
• Managing a team of 3-6 SW validation engineers
• The team is in charge of testing software modules for the next generation WiMAX base station of Alvarion and involved in developing a cutting-edge mobile wireless networks technology.
• Responsible for mentoring and building-up technical skills of engineers in the team.
• BS. In Computer Science or Electronic Engineering – 5 or more years of experience
• 2-3 years of experience in leading a team
• Proven knowledge in writing test documents such as STP,STD & STR
• Knowledge in TCP/IP,Eth, QoS, Routing, Switching & Bridging
• High technical skills including hands-on
• Fluent English
