-Set up and maintain the test infrastructure, procedures and processes;
- Work closely with development team and PM to deliver quality products on time;
- Create and maintain test plans and test cases from product specifications, including
automated tests;
- Perform functional and regression testing;
- Lead the test team, execute test cases according to the test plan;
- Provide product feedback and enhancement proposals;
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in test architecture, design, and implementation;
- Excellent familiarity with test approaches;
- Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality software on time;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to interpret product specifications;
- Good time management skills;
- Good problem solving and diagnostic skills;

- Self managed and motivated, proactive approach;
Required Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Technology or related engineering);
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team as a test manager or senior test leader;
- Basic SQL / RDBMS knowledge;
- Basic programming experience on Microsoft platforms;
- Experience in using automated testing applications is a plus;
- Specific training / certification is a plus;
- Fluent English and Romanian, both verbal and written;
