Set up and maintain the test infrastructure, procedures and processes;
Work closely with development team and PM to deliver quality products on time;
Create and maintain test plans and test cases from product specifications, including
automated tests;
Perform functional and regression testing;
Lead the test team, execute test cases according to the test plan;
Provide product feedback and enhancement proposals;
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Technology or related engineering);
At least 1 year of experience managing a team as a test manager or senior test leader;
Basic SQL / RDBMS knowledge;
Basic programming experience on Microsoft platforms;
Experience in using automated testing applications is a plus;
Specific training / certification is a plus;
Fluent English and Romanian, both verbal and written;
Proficiency in test architecture, design, and implementation;
Excellent familiarity with test approaches;
Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality software on time;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to interpret product specifications;
Good time management skills;
Good problem solving and diagnostic skills;
Creative;
Self managed and motivated, proactive approach;
