- Minimum BSCS or 3-5 years professional software engineering (development or testing) [relevant college diploma or 3-5 years equivalent industry experience]
- Testing experience: at least 3 years
- Automated testing experience: at least 2 years
- at least one functional automation testing tool superior knowledge
- Performance testing experience: at least 1 year
- at least one performance testing tool superior knowledge
- Development knowledge
- fair knowledege of the concepts of least one OOP language
- Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including:
