Within the Sense & Control Department we design, verify and bring into high volume production innovative, semiconductor based MEMS products, magnetic sensors, wireless control products, sensor interface ICs for powertrain, comfort and safety applications. We are the preferred supplier of integrated sensor solutions within the automotive business.
To strengthen our team in the area of integrated sensor IC‘s we are looking for an Test development engineer with interest in developing production test programs running on ATE equipment that meets quality and economical targets of Analog and Mixed/Signal projects.

Job Description (Responsibilities):
• As a test engineer you are responsible for the development of test programs and test hardware (Probecards and Loadboards) as well as their debugging on ATE systems;
• Your responsibility includes definition and generation of test specification as well as production ramp up support and yield optimization
• You will be responsible for the successful transfer of your test-packages (test programs and test hardware) to Infineon’s worldwide production locations. This may require you to travel to such locations.
• It is expected that you also develop innovative approaches for highly parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, more efficient test program structures/libraries to foster reuse.
Education:
Graduate of a technical university (Electronics, Computer Science, Automation etc.);
Experience / Knowledge:
• Experience with C/C++ and/or VB programming languages;
• Experience with Mixed signal IC laboratory verification/ characterization
• Knowledge of DFT (design for testability);
• Knowledge in Teradyne based ATE platforms and automotive products will be a plus.
