RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting to the Manager Area Sales, you will be responsible for:
-Achieving sales volume, distribution, pricing and merchandising objectives through Distributors’ sales force in retail outlets within defined territory;
-Managing, training, developing and coaching Distributors’ sales force in your area;
-Managing, coaching and developing your direct reports;
-Achieving and maintaining high quality customer service level, based on company standards;
-Expanding distribution of all available products and obtaining display dominance stimulating customer awareness.


CERINTE

-Residence in Bucuresti;
-University / college graduate;
-Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Supervisor within a multinational company or an important distribution company;
-Team management, planning, organizing skills;
-Strong sales, merchandising and negotiation skills;
-A good command of English;
-Good PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
-Clean driver’s license, more than 2 years experience.
