RESPONSABILITATI

The main purpose of the job is to develop and manage the relationship with direct and indirect sales channels, and identify and develop opportunities for new business from current and potential new customers / distributors in Romania and Bulgaria.

The main responsibilities of the position are:

• Being first point of contact between the company (Business Unit) and customers / distributors
• Develop relationships with new and existing customer base
• Key Account development
• Develop leads into new business opportunities and customers
• Sales / technical responsibility to support our customer base in the field with system selection and system training where necessary
• Compiling reports on a timely and accurate basis as required by management


CERINTE

The ideal candidate will have minimum two years experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry and in the management of distributors.

It is also required:

• Fluency in English and Romanian and/or other Slavic language
• Excellent communication skills
• Autonomous, target driven, creative and persuasive, with proven negotiation skills
• Ability to work well on own initiative and be part of successful team
• Excellent time / territory management skills
