RESPONSABILITATI

GENERAL FUNCTION:
Administer sales territory definitions for EMEA to enable automated lead assignment, account access/ownership, reporting roll-ups, and accurate sales credit assignment.
Administer customer data quality activities for EMEA to ensure accurate and valid customer data.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Maintain territory definitions and resources within the Oracle Global Single Instance
-Research and resolve territory related enquiries
-Proactively manage territory assignments to add opportunities omitted from a territory and correct territory definition before booking an opportunity
-Assist with dispute resolution relating to territory ownership
-Review sales credit conflicts report provided by Romania team and rectify
-Maintain and validate country customer data quality within the Oracle Global Single Instance
-Carry out audits to check on customer records and merge duplicate customer records to agreed monthly targets
-Qualify, check and amend customer data following bulk updates
-Act as the central point of contact for collecting data changes and ensure that these are replicated in GSI
-Be competent in the use of Discoverer and OneSource
-Provide business intelligence on data quality using Excel and Discoverer
-Develop and document standard processes


CERINTE

-At least 1-2 years of professional experience in business operations or admin roles
-University degree preferred
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently, prioritize and resolve problems
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Computer aptitude
-Advanced PC skills; Microsoft Excel (strong), Word, PowerPoint
-Familiarity with Oracle Applications is a plus
