Responsible of the tendering process of the company, completion of the offer documents.
Coordination of the other engineers and technical resources of the company.
Rating of the general prices and the main costs, report of cost/profit expected for each offer.
Previous experience on tender contracts and relation with the administration.
Previous experience on civil/industrial construction companies(advantage international branches).
Site managing will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of the Romanian construction market, subcontracting companies, reference prices, main competitors.
Leadership capacity to form a team .
Proactive, communicative person.
Capable to create nice working atmosphere.
Very good technical education.
English - medium level.
