- Prepares the technical and commercial offers for access network solutions.
- The tendering engineer is responsible for the offer/ tender preparation, ensuring the following steps:
- Correct translation of customer specific requests
- Preparing the technical proposal based on the company¿s product solutions portofolio
- Handling the quotation of the project
- Handling the Offer Review Meeting
- Integration of the final offer document
- Technical interface with the customer
- In the offer preparation activity the tendering engineer should be able to develop and manage effective relations with the corporate technical support team, with the sales managers and key suppliers and subcontractors to be integrated in specific parts of the project.
- Technical university degree, (UPB: Telecommunication and Electronic, or equivalent experience)
The candidate should have :
- excellent knowledge on voice&data access technologies (TDM, ISDN, broadband access, IP) (AND-TE)
or
- knowledge of multiplex transmission systems SDH, PDH, DWDM/CWDM technology and Specific knowledge of fiber optic cables and accessories (OND-TE).
- Already acquired experience in the transmission networking design and/or implementation is a plus
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- English ¿ advanced.
- French is a plus.
- Good communication skills, customer oriented
- Team player
- Problem solving attitude
- Ability to work under pressure, extended hours and to meet deadlines
