Prepares the technical and commercial offers for Telecommunication networks operation and maintenance services. The maintenance portfolio covers field corrective maintenance, welcome center, remote technical support, on site support, spare parts management, repair and return. The project engineer is responsible for the management of services offer, ensuring the following steps:
- Correct translation of customer specific requests
- Preparing the proposal based on Alcatel-Lucent services portfolio
- Handling the quotation of the project
- Handling the Offer Management Process
- Integration of the final offer document
In the offer preparation activity the project engineer should be able to develop and manage business relations with key suppliers and subcontractors to be involved in specific parts of the project
- Technical university degree, (Telecommunication and Electronics Faculty, Automatics Faculty, Engineering) with proven experience in network architectures, network operation and management, network related services dimensioning.
- Consistent knowledge of telecommunication technologies.
- Previous experience in network operation and network maintenance services.
- Project Management certification or knowledge.
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- English – advanced. German/French is a plus.
- Good communication skills
