- Responsible for the offer/tender preparation, ensuring the following steps:
- Correct translation of customer specific requests
- Prepare the technical proposal based on Alcatel-Lucent product and solutions portfolio
- Handle the project quotation
- Handle the offer elaboration process
- Integration of the final offer documentation
- Provide technical interface with the customer
- In the offer preparation activity the candidate should be able to develop and manage effective relations with the corporate technical support teams, with the sales managers and key suppliers and subcontractors, to be integrated in specific parts of the project.
THE JOB IS BASED IN BUCHAREST
- Technical university degree (Telecommunication and Electronics, Automations and Computers Science)
- Specific theoretical knowledge of data networking:
- Ethernet , ATM , Frame Relay,
- MPLS, TCP/IP, Routing protocols
- Data networking principles and architectures
- Data networking security
- Management systems for data networks
- Experience in the networking design and/or implementation is a plus
- IP Certifications are an advantage
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- English – advanced. French is a plus.
