Key responsibilities:
- Promotes Alcatel Operation Support Systems ( Traffic Management, Fault Management, Provisioning, Assurance, Inventory, Billing, Customer care, other) to the customers
- Understand customer needs for the Operation Systems. Prepare the presentation for Alcatel solution.
- Follows the opportunities and projects from the client in the client¿s definitions phases & specifications elaboration, technical and commercial offers for integrated operation systems and bidding and evaluation processes. Most of these projects are integrated projects in the following domains: fix, mobile, access, etc.
- Reports to the Tendering PCG and RSC ISD Director. Belongs to the core of the ISD SSI (Systems& Software Integration) team.
- Works closely with tendering team, marketing, CAT and the rest of the core SSI team.
Education
Technical university degree, preferably Polytechnic state university (Telecommunication and Electronic, Computer Science and Automation) with proven experience in the IT solutions
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in sales/marketing of IT solutions. ASE or other economic studies (MBA etc) may be a +.
- Good knowledge of Telecom Operator¿s business and capacity to understand their internal operational processes
- General technical overview, knowledge of telecommunication and IT solutions
- Capacity to become quickly autonomous on the first level of understanding and presentation of OSS solutions
- Experience in dealing with multiple partners
- Past experience in OSS/BSS areas either in the software industry or system integration industry, or telecom operator would be a real plus
- 5 years of experience minimum
- English ¿ advanced. French is a plus.
IT Skills
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) others is a plus.
