- Promotes Alcatel Operation Support Systems ( Traffic Management, Fault Management, Provisioning, Assurance, Inventory, Billing, Customer care, other) to the customers;
- Understand customer needs for the Operation Systems. Prepare the presentation for Alcatel solution;
- Follows the opportunities and projects from the client in the client¿s definitions phases & specifications elaboration;
- Prepares technical and commercial offers for integrated operation support systems during bidding and evaluation processes;
Prepares the technical and commercial offers for Integrated Software Solutions.
Most of these projects are integrated projects in the following telecom domains: fix, mobile, access, etc.
-The tendering engineer is responsible for the offer preparation, ensuring the following steps:
- Correct translation of customer specific requests.
- Preparing the technical proposal and quotation of the integrated projects for telecom segment and Integrated Software Solutions.
- Preparing the offer review meetings.
- Integration of the final offer documentation.
- Providing technical and commercial support during offer presentation.
In the offer preparation activity the tendering engineer should be able to:
-Develop and manage business relations with key suppliers and subcontractors to be involved in specific parts of the project
-Manage integration of multiple systems into a functional technical solution.
-Promote the Alcatel solutions to the clients
THE JOBS ARE LOCATED IN BUCHAREST AND TIMISOARA
-Technical university degree, (Telecommunication and Electronics, Automatics) with proven experience in the telecom field (experience in Network Services and Network Architecture fields).
- General knowledge of OSS projects.
- Past experience in OSS/BSS areas either in the related software industry or system integration industry would be a plus.
- Capacity to become quickly autonomous on the first level of understanding and presentation of OSS solutions
- Project management experience
- Marketing and sales experience is a plus.
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Visio
- English - advanced. French is a plus.
- Very good communication skills
- Availability to travel.
