As a Tender Manager you will be working on tenders. Your role will be to plan, organize, coordinate and supervise the activity of the Tenders:
- Coordinate and lead tendering support for new tenders
- Correct understanding of customer specific requests
- Preparing the technical proposal and quotation of the project
- Responsible for whole tender process
- Preparing cost estimate
- Risk Analysis of tender, Cash flow statement, project costing
- All types of routine office work related to Tenders (like preparation of pre-qualification documents, registration documents with various departments, etc.)
- Providing technical and commercial support during offer presentation, evaluation and contract negotiation
- Preparing terms and condition for Tenders and Quotation
- Searching the Tender Information from Newspapers and various Web sites, e-mail, internet.
- Experience in logistics ¿¿¿ minim 2 years
- Knowledge in transport (especially domestic distribution)
- Industry knowledge in vertical market
- Skills in law and form of contracts
- Special knowledge about process design and material flow
- Experience in storage techniques
- Knowledge in planning and design of building
- Good command of English
