To support our team in Bucharest we have an immediate vacancy for a
TENANT COORDINATOR-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
For multiple storey residential Building – Turn key
The field of activity includes also technical supervision, coordination, quality and quantity follow-up, the monitoring of deadlines as well as the support to our calculation office
You have completed a technical education and you have several years work experience in the building construction field – especially in turn key.
As well as PC skills (Ms Office) you also speak/ write English fluently. Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
The candidate shall have experience in cost estimation and offer preparation for all fit out works of large building projects. Besides having the ability to read and interpret contract terms, conditions and specifications and advanced Excel skills.
