Gives information to the clients promotting the company’s image and the services and benefits that it provides;
Achieves the customer satisfaction measure performance;
Collects correct and complete information about the clients and temporary employees and registres information in the database;
Registers the clients’ and temporary employees requests and operates all the necessary activities in a special software program
Excellent customer relationship management;
Client oriented, organized, self motivated person;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to structure and apply organizational skills to manage daily operational issues;
Basic problem-solving and analytical skills;
Advanced level of Word and Excel;
Needs to speak fluently in English.
